1) Implement QM module in SAP system, manage product/raw material status transfer in SAP system, and maintain spec. of finished good/raw material part.
2) Manage information in the MES database and support the technicians to input inspection data into corresponding module.
3) Assign technicians to do related chemical analysis and special testing and support QC Supervisor on lab safety management, SWS and 5S implementation.
4) Lab equipment preventative maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting: e.g. GC, FT-NIR, PH detector; Critical equipment check; titrator and professional skill training to technicians.
5) Maintaining and updating quality management documents , such as quality management procedures, SMA(standard method analysis ), analytics plan, SOPs.
6) Chemical management, maintenance and updating of MSDS, labeling, chemical inventories for raw materials, products, NRP and lab reagents.
7) Organization and coordination investigate related quality deviations (customer complaint, customer voice, internal deviation, supplier external complaint, audit deviation) with root cause identification and propose and follow up corrective actions.
8) Organize ISO9000 internal/external audit or support ISO 9000 audit.
9) Support new supplier qualification, yearly supplier audit and customer visit as coordinator.
10) Monitor and review quality KPIs ,organize quality meeting and submit quality report monthly in time; trace and indicate the product quality trend on responsible products by tools e.g. SPC.
Job Requirements：?
1. B.S degree in Chemistry, Chemical engineering or Chemical analysis, Master is preferred.
2. At least 5 years QC&QA working experience in chemical or pharmaceutical company, foreign company working experience is preferred.
3. Strong chemical background: with knowledge and experience of chemical instrumentation principle and chemical analysis.
4. Strong data analysis and investigation capacity: SPC/ MEA, Knowledge of data analysis software – JUMP/ DIGITAL, RCA/8D/5WHY… be of high CI awareness.
5. Product or Raw material/packaging quality management experience. Familiar with QC/QA process. ISO… CRM experience.
6. High Communication and corporation skill.
7. Fluent in English : writing and oral communication.
