1. Assist Quality Manager to implement and maintain TS16949, ISO9001 standards in PPG Tianjin.

2. Implement internal audit according
to approved plan. Prepare and join in the second party and third party’s
audits. Prepare the audit finding report and be responsible to report the
progress of corrective and preventive actions.
根據計劃實施質量體系的內審。準備和接待二方和三方審核。追蹤審核發現項的改善進度。
3. Be responsible for
internal quality continuous improvement. Lead the internal NOK goods reduction
and prevention; organize the internal daily quick response meeting to reduce
the abnormal batches during production process.
負責內部質量持續改進，降低和預防不合格品，組織召開內部質量問題每日快速反應會以減少生產過程中出現的異常批次。

Act as the coordinator of the investigation and resolutions for Customer
Complaints, Returned Goods Order, Problem Solving Report and Work Off Salvage.
Report the progress of the resolutions of those 4 items to Quality Assurance
Supervisor weekly.
負責協調追蹤客戶投訴、退貨、問題解決報告、WOS等質量問題，并每周向質量主管匯報進展狀況。
5. Be responsible for quality data
collection, analysis, send the quality reports.
負責質量數據收集、統計、分析并向相關部門發送質量報告。

Management for quality system document according to established procedure and
act as the coordinator of the equipment calibration.
依據建立的流程實施工廠質量體系文件的管理以及儀器設備校驗管理。

Requires:
要求：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry or equivalent.

本科或本科以上，化工或相關專業。

1. Familiar with problem solving skills, such as 8D, 5
   why, fishbone chart.

熟悉問題解決工具和技巧，如8D、5
why、魚骨圖。

1. Be energetic and good communication skill are necessary.

必須擁有對工作高度的熱情和與人合作溝通的能力。

1. English CET 4 or above.

英語CET
4 或以上。

1. Good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

熟練使用MS
office軟件。

1. Understand RoSH, GP and ISO17025 is a plus.

了解RoSH、GP和ISO17025者優先考慮。

1. Hold the experiences in coating is a plus
