崗位職責(zé):
1、根據(jù)公司的年度經(jīng)營目標(biāo)，制定本部門的年度工作目標(biāo)和各階段工作目標(biāo)；

2、負責(zé)組織開展人力資源規(guī)章制度的擬定、修改和編寫工作，經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)后組織實施并進行監(jiān)督；
2. Be responsible for organizing and carrying out the work of drafting, revising, and writing the human resource system regulations, and implementing and supervising them after approval.
3、負責(zé)建立健全公司招聘、培訓(xùn)、績效考核、薪資福利、員工關(guān)系等人力資源體系建設(shè)；
3. Be responsible for establishing and improving the human resources system construction such as recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary and welfare, and employee relations of the company.
4、負責(zé)指導(dǎo)、管理人力資源各模塊具體工作，開展管理部日常管理與團隊建設(shè)工作；
4. Responsible for guiding and managing the specific work of various modules of human resources, carrying out the daily management and team building of the management department.
5、負責(zé)組織和安排公司7S檢查等相關(guān)工作；
5. Be responsible for organizing and arranging related work such as 7S inspection of the company.
6、負責(zé)公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)推進；
6. Responsible for the advancement of corporate culture.
7、了解各部門的工作動態(tài)，監(jiān)督執(zhí)行規(guī)章制度和勞動紀(jì)律，處理員工獎懲事宜；
7. Understand the work dynamics of various departments, supervise the implementation of rules and regulations and labor discipline, and handle employee rewards and punishments.
8、完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)。

任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，人力資源管理、工商管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
1. Bachelor
s degree or above, related majors in human resource management, business administration, etc.
2、8年以上制造業(yè)人事管理崗位工作經(jīng)驗，5年及以上人力資源相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
2. 8+ years of HR management experience with 5+ years in similar role.
3、 在人力資源各模塊有豐富的實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗，擅長招聘、培訓(xùn)、薪酬、績效等模塊，熟悉國家、地方相關(guān)政策和法律法規(guī)，持有國家人力資源管理二級職稱證書優(yōu)先；
3. Rich practical experience in various modules of human resources, good at recruitment, training, salary, performance and other modules, familiar with national and local relevant policies and and regulations, and have a national second-level human resources management professional qualification certificate.
4、 具備良好的計劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、創(chuàng)新等管理能力。
