Based on service scope in contract, complete payroll, insurance, IIT service implementation and successful go live ? 根據合同約定的服務范圍,完成客戶薪資、保險、個稅等服務外包的項目實施和成功上線 ? Conduct workshops to obtain the client’s requirements, provide analysis and solution to enhance client’s practice or match client process with ADP operation standards in terms of system, core payroll and social insurance service ? 組織一系列會議以獲取客戶需求,提供分析和解決方案,從而提升客戶實踐,或者使客戶在系統、 核心薪資和保險服務等方面與ADP運營標準相匹配 ? Set up system to realize client’s payroll solution ? 配置系統實現客戶的薪資解決方案 ? Liaise with client to collect data, parallel run and go live preparation ? 與客戶聯系進行數據收集,并行測試和上線準備 ? Maintain up to date knowledge of the ADP Implementation methodology & Process, Products & Service Practices, and Labour Law ? 持續了解ADP實施方法論和流程、產品和服務實踐以及勞動法的最新知識 ? Escalate project issue to project manager or implementation manager to control project risk ? 向項目經理或實施經理匯報項目問題以控制項目風險 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE ? University degree or above ? 大學本科及以上學歷 ? 2+ years’ experience in payroll/HR or ERP implementation ? 2年以上人事薪資系統或ERP實施經驗 ? Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Chinese and English ? 良好的中英文書面和口頭溝通能力 ? Analytical thinking/problem solving skills and quick learning skill ? 具有分析思維、解決問題能力和快速學習能力 ? Ability to priorities tasks and time management skills, ability to work across various projects ? 具有任務優先級和時間管理能力,能夠跨多個項目工作 ? Strong Experience in HCM experience, payroll/social insurance knowledge is plus ? 具有人力資源系統、薪資和社保相關經驗者優先
