崗位職責：
? Authorized to provide the interface service between various departments and/or entities involved in the execution of the Project.
? Managing interfaces of in-house, other entities, Subcontractor(s) and Client deliverables.
? Preparing interface matrix and plans.
? Updating of interface schedules/matrix and the issue of interface deliverables.
? Assigning responsibilities and ensuring required actions are undertaken within defined schedules.
? Maintaining interface control and monitoring status of interface documents.
? Identifying and addressing problem areas with respect to deliverable schedules on engineering and materials.
? Ensuring all third party documents are reviewed for interface considerations.
? Ensuring flow of information between parties involved in the project is coordinated, communicated, documented and distributed.
? Coordinating multi-disciplined interfaces associated with vendor supplied equipment.
? Ensuring lessons learned are input to the lessons learned system.
? Providing input to the project close out report.
? Overall Management of changes
崗位要求：
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields (Master’s preferred for complex offshore projects)
? Familiarity with FIDIC contracts (EPC-specific clauses) and API/ASME standards for offshore interfaces
? Fluent English; proficiency in Mandarin preferred
? Strong negotiation skills
? Advanced Excel and financial modeling ability
? Excellent reporting and presentation skills
? Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
? Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control practices
? Good leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills
? 10+ years in offshore oil & gas, with 5+ years focused on FPSO/EPC interface coordination
? Managed interfaces for projects valued >$500M USD
