課程支持學生活動組織活動策劃行政與人事支持財務報銷高等教育學術機構
一、崗位職責:
1.負責數據科學專業課程的教學和課程設置,包括協助教員處理教學事宜,與香港城市大學相關人員溝通,協調各類內外資源保障教學工作有序開展;
2.行政與人事支持,負責與課程教學相關的各類行政與人事工作,處理所負責專業的各類文檔、財務流程和報銷、CAC簡歷篩選與面試安排等;
3.負責組織學生活動,如迎新、競賽、研學或就業指導活動等
4.完成上級交辦的其他任務,及其他臨時性事務與各類支持工作。
1.Teaching and Curriculum Arrangement:
Responsible for teaching and curriculum design for Data Science programs,
including assisting faculty with instructional matters, communicating with
relevant personnel at City University of Hong Kong, and coordinating internal
and external resources to ensure the smooth delivery of teaching activities.
2.Administrative and Personnel Support:
Handle administrative and personnel tasks related to the program, including
managing program documentation, financial processes, reimbursements, resume screening for CAC (as applicable), and interview coordination.
3.Student Activities and Support: Organize student activities, including but not limited to new student orientation, integration programs, competitions, research trips, and career guidance services.
4.Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties assigned by supervisors, as well as temporary tasks and general support functions as needed.

專業要求:數據科學或相關專業優先
語言要求:良好的中英文書面及口頭表達能力
其他:
1.至少5年工作經歷,其中2年以上具備高等教育或學術機構行政支持經驗,熟悉課程管理、教學協調或相關領域工作流程。資歷較淺者,可申請專員或助理崗位;
2.具備較強的行政事務處理能力,具備學生活動組織與策劃經驗優先;
3.性格開朗,積極主動、具備良好的服務意識和團隊合作精神;
4.良好的跨部門溝通與組織協調能力,注重細節,具備較強的多任務處理能力和應變能力。
此崗位需要英文面試+筆試。
Educational background: Bachelor's degree
Major: No restriction, data science or relevant majors preferred
Language preference: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
Others:
1.Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in administrative support within higher education or academic institutions, with familiarity in curriculum management, teaching coordination, or related workflows. Candidates with less experience may be considered for Specialist or Assistant roles.
2. Strong administrative capabilities, with prior experience in organizing and planning student activities preferred.
3. Personal Attributes: Outgoing, proactive, and service-oriented mindset with excellent teamwork spirit.
4.Strong cross-departmental communication and organizational coordination skills, Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
This position requires an English interview and a written test.
