Major Responsibility責任概要: 1.The Engineering&Loss Prevention Manager is responsible to the security & safety procedure & policy, which meet the requirement of local law & regulation. To ensure the department is running smoothly and orderly. To training all associates, ensure them understand the importance of safety & security. Liaise and coordinate with local authority and Marriott International – Loss Prevention. Make sure hotel operation which related to security & safety is compatible with the Marriott standard and local law and regulation. 工程防損經理負責確保安全和保安的程序及政策符合當地法律法規等規定。確保部門有條不紊的運轉。對所有員工進行培訓,確保他們了解安全的重要性。和當地政府部門及萬豪國家安全部保持聯系。確保酒店的安保和安全操作符合萬豪和當地法律法規的規定. 2.Responsible for the effective operation of all facilities and equipment of the Hotel, maintenance and repair services and protection of relevant property of the Owner, building aspects of the Hotel and ground and external facilities; 負責酒店所有設施設備的有效運行,負責維護和維修服務及保護業主的相關資產、酒店建筑方面及地面和外部設施。 Perform related administrative tasks assigned by the General Manager, liaise with local authorities to facilitate the smooth operation of the hotel, handle related permits, etc 執行總經理所分派的相關行政工作,為促進酒店的順利運營與當地的修理機構接觸,辦理相關的許可證等。 3.Prepare regular repair and maintenance budget reports, liaise with contractors on hotel works, inspect hotel buildings and equipment, monitor works and participate in projects 定期編制有關維修及保養預算報告,與承辦商接洽有關酒店工程事宜,視察酒店樓宇及設備,監察各項工程工作,對各項工程參與意見。 5.Responsible for the daily operation of 4.engineering and loss prevention department. 負責工程與防損部門的日常運營。 Specific Duties工作任務: 1.Guide and supervise the actions of the department, ensure the correct execution of the inspection work, ensure the safety of guests and colleagues, and ensure the normal operation of the repair and maintenance equipment in the hotel 指導監督本部的運作,保證巡視工作的正確執行,確保客人和同事安全,確保酒店內各維修及保養設備能正常運作。 5.Prevent hotel operation from being affected by mechanical failure防止酒店運作受機械故障影響。 Review monthly energy consumption and devise new ways to improve overall efficiency審核每月的能源消耗量,設計新方法改善整體效率。 6. Assumes responsibility in the identification and resolution of all operational problems relating to the safety and security of human lives and assets. 識別并解決實際操作中遇到與人身財產有關的安全問題。 7.Review and improve on security systems and equipment when necessary. Ensure that all statutory obligations in relation to security are met. 審核和提高安全系統和設備。確保符合所有的書面規定。 8.Establish rapport and co-operation with the Police, Fire Department, National Security Bureau and all relevant authorities, and co-ordinate any inquiries from them. 和警方、消防局、安全局和其他政府機構保持良好的合作關系,配合他們進行調查。 9.Guiding Principles 指導原則 a.Practice the guiding principles in day to day interactions. 將以上要求應用到日常的工作中。 10.Follow all company policies and procedures. 遵守所有公司政策及程序。 11.
