賬務(wù)處理 Accounting:
1. 負(fù)責(zé)收集各類應(yīng)付應(yīng)收固定資產(chǎn)等原始憑證，保證支付的合規(guī)性以及審核原始單據(jù)的合法性、準(zhǔn)確性；負(fù)責(zé)記賬憑證的編號、裝訂；保存、歸檔等財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)資料。Responsible for all the accounting vouchers collection, authenticity verification, and documentation; To ensure compliance with the internal control policies and the statutory reporting requirements of all financial transactions.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)各類應(yīng)付款、報(bào)銷款等審核。Responsible for processing payments, including employee reimbursements.
3. 開具發(fā)票，以及應(yīng)收款賬單 (按月\學(xué)期\學(xué)生)；管理應(yīng)收賬款Tuition and other school fees billings and manage accounts receivables.
4. 編制財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告；協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)分析報(bào)告；協(xié)助編制校區(qū)預(yù)算。Preparation of financial reports on time; assisting in Financial analysis; budgeting.
5. 協(xié)助校區(qū)營運(yùn)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理固定資產(chǎn)與存貨和其他資產(chǎn)。Cooperate the school operation team with the inventory management and the fix assets management.
6. 協(xié)助各類財(cái)報(bào)審計(jì)、檢查。Actively engage in various audit and reviews projects for statutory reporting and management reporting purposes.
稅務(wù)申報(bào)Taxation:
1. 負(fù)責(zé)日常稅務(wù)申報(bào), 協(xié)助稅務(wù)籌劃。Conduct statutory filing with regularity, assist the headquarters in tax planning at a boarder level
2. 負(fù)責(zé)與稅務(wù)專管員以及工商管理等主管部門的聯(lián)絡(luò)；及時(shí)通報(bào)稅務(wù)政策更新，協(xié)助保證合規(guī)。Liaison with the local authorities and the related local authorities in the effort of compliance.
3. 按時(shí)保質(zhì)完成稅務(wù)申報(bào)。Assist the annual tax declarations timely.
資金管理Treasury:
1. 負(fù)責(zé)銀行開戶等與當(dāng)?shù)劂y行工商的接洽工作。Conduct the bank account opening and be a liaison to the local banks
2. 負(fù)責(zé)日常資金管理, 包括收費(fèi)銀行對賬, 網(wǎng)銀支付申請以及現(xiàn)金流預(yù)測；登記銀行日記帳，現(xiàn)金日記帳及填寫銀行存款余額表等。Assist day-to-day fund management, including bank reconciliation and cash-position reporting, and initiate the cash flow forecast.
3. 辦理其他有關(guān)的財(cái)會事務(wù)，做好文書及日常事務(wù)工作。Ac Hoc assignments
Requirements：
Minimum Academic Degree required
1. 會計(jì)專業(yè)或金融、財(cái)務(wù)管理等本科學(xué)歷Bachelor's degree in the majors of Accounting, Finance or Financial Management.
Professional skill and knowledge required
1. 較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)整理分析能力。Strong data analysis skills.
2. 良好的中英雙語書面與口頭表達(dá)能力，以及較強(qiáng)的解決問題和和溝通能力Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
3. 統(tǒng)籌處理同時(shí)期多個(gè)工作任務(wù)的能力。Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. 持有注冊會計(jì)師, 注冊稅務(wù)師或管理會計(jì)師證書者優(yōu)先。Designations such as CPA, CTA, CMA is an asset.
Experience
1. 7年以上財(cái)務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)More than seven years of accounting or financial related working experience.
