1. Market monitoring and analysis:
(1) Closely track the price trends, supply and demand relationships and trade flows of the global fertilizer and chemical product market (including but not limited to nitrogen fertilizers, compound fertilizers, basic chemicals, etc.).
(2) Collect, organize and analyze market reports such as Argus, Longzhong, ICIS, as well as data and information released by industry associations, government agencies, etc. Establish a market forecasting model to predict future price trends and write analysis reports.
(3) Identify market risks and opportunities and provide early warnings and suggestions to management in a timely manner.
2. Information network construction and maintenance:
(1) Establish and maintain a market information network covering major target markets, including but not limited to: local traders, distributors, manufacturers, etc.; industry experts, consultants; government officials, industry association representatives. Obtain first-hand market information through regular interviews, surveys, etc., and understand local market dynamics, competition landscape and policy changes.
(2) Establish and maintain a market information database to ensure the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of information.
3. Pricing strategy support:
(1) Provide suggestions for the company's product pricing based on market information, including price information of peers, changes in supply and demand, etc., to ensure the rationality and competitiveness of pricing.
(2) Participate in the formulation and optimization of the company's pricing mechanism to improve the scientificity and flexibility of pricing.
(3) Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and market feedback, and adjust pricing strategies in a timely manner.
4. Other responsibilities:
(1) Participate in the formulation of the company's marketing strategy and business development plan;
(2) Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualificatins:
1. More than 3 years of competitive intelligence analysis, market research or related work experience, with experience in market intelligence analysis related to chemical or fertilizer products or experience as a commodity analyst is preferred
2. Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Python, etc., able to use data visualization tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.), and good at PowerPoint;
3. Highly proficient in numbers, with experience in analyzing comprehensive data sets quickly and meticulously, and with extremely high attention to detail and accuracy;
4. Curious, and able to demonstrate structured problem-solving and analytical skills;
