工作內容 ：
這個崗位負責白車身在開發(fā)階段的數(shù)據(jù)可行性分析、產線可行性分析，按時間要求提出產品問題并推動問題及時解決，以及按要求完成各節(jié)點的交付物
This role is responsible for the BIW data feasibility analysis and production line feasibility analysis during the development stage, raising product issues within the stipulated time and pushing their timely resolution, as well as completing the deliverables at each gateways as required.
崗位職責：
1. 在要求的時間節(jié)點內完成白車身同步工程可行性評估、產線可行性評估，按節(jié)點提出問題、推動問題解決并完成節(jié)點交付物
Complete the feasibility study of the body-in-white SE and the production line within the required time, raise issues in each gateway, push their resolution and complete the gateway deliverables on time.
2. 在需要的時候代表經(jīng)理去復核或者業(yè)務陳述。
Represent Manager when required at reviews or presentations.
3.開發(fā)基于車型平臺的白車身BOP文件，與研發(fā)和項目組達成一致，并檢查各車型產品設計是否滿足BOP要求，推動不符合內容的及時整改。
Develop the BOP documents of the white body based on the platform, reach an agreement with the product engineering and project team, and check whether the product design of each model meets the BOP requirements, and push the timely modification of non-compliant contents.
4. 與產品開發(fā)團隊合作，確保所有的連接方案的可行性
Working with Product Development ensure feasible joining solutions for all joints.
5. 支持模塊會議/項目管理掌控團隊以保證與沖壓、DMBI相互交叉功能的工作
Support Module Meetings/PMST to ensure cross – functional working with Stamping, DMBI.
6. 制定并更新白車身SE分析標準、工藝規(guī)范、建立經(jīng)驗庫以提升團隊效率
Formulate the BIW SE analysis standards, process specifications, and establish an experience library to enhance team efficiency
7. 基于現(xiàn)場工藝布局去分析線體通過性
Analyze the passability of the line based on the on-site process layout.
8. 保證為所有工程變更提供物有所值的方案
Ensure Value for money solutions are sought for all Engineering changes.
9. 編制ECR報告，推動產品設計修改以滿足工藝要求
Compile ECR reports and promote product design modifications to meet stamping process requirements
10. 負責新技術、新工藝及新材料引進工作、確保焊裝工藝的合理性
Responsible for the introduction of new technologies, new processes and new materials, and ensure the rationality of Body in White processes.
11. Interface between Product Development, BIW process, Stamping, DMBI and program Team.
產品開發(fā)，焊裝工藝，沖壓，DMBI和項目組之間的接口
12. 開發(fā)創(chuàng)新的解決方案和工程問題新方法去決定步驟的順序或者工藝需求去制造和組裝產品，以滿足組織質量標準和成本
Develop innovative solutions and new approaches to engineering problems to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organisation’s standards of quality and cost.
任職資格：
1．Previous supervisory role
曾擔任過類似的監(jiān)督角色
2．Previous experience in a facilities environment.
擁有設備方面的經(jīng)驗"
3．Experience of Body in white process / manufacturing.
擁有白車身工藝/制造經(jīng)驗
4. Good project & vendor management skill

5．Enthusiastic, pro-active, confident, problem solver, self motivated ，team player， team leader ，Building relationships. With good interpersonal skills, negotiating skills, and good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.
