Responsibilities 工作職責
1. SOW Implementation & Execution工作包引入和執行
Define tooling function develop solution to support SOW implementation. Deliverables include: Mfg. planning, PPM build, Risk/Issue/Opportunity management, Qualification plan & execute, Performance to Plan execution (Quality, Material usage, Labor). 定義工裝 功能和擬定解決方案以確保工作包順利引入。交付項包括：工藝制定、試制件計劃、風險/機會/問題的管理、驗收計劃和執行、（質量、材料用量、工時）目標的達成。
2. Tooling Improvement工裝改進
Meet process improvement to design and modify tooling to improve part quality and efficiency.
滿足工藝改進，設計和改造工裝以提高產品的質量和工作效率。
3.Customer Tooling Management 客戶工裝管理
Establish all kinds of standard operation procedure and operation processes in detail to manage, maintain and repair customer tooling, and ensure production completion timeliness and quality with conformance tooling.為確保產品生產完成的及時性和產品質量的符合性，建立標準工作流程和操作工藝管理和維護客戶提供的工裝。
4. Change Management構型更改控制
Lead Change Board to control all engineering and process changes, perform risk and opportunity identification and communication and take charge of change implementation.
領導更改委員會控制所有工程更改和工藝更改。進行風險和機會識別及交流。負責管理更改導入。
5.Overall Technique Support 技術支持
Track, analyze and solve the tooling issue during whole process flow to find root cause and provide further detail information for tooling management. To provide technique support for all programs, customers and supplier.在整個工藝過程中跟蹤，分析和解決工裝問題，為工裝管理提供更深入和細致的信息。為所有項目，客戶和供應商提供技術支持。
6 .Cross-Department Collaboration跨部門協作
Collaborate with other department to track on-site production issues and propose solutions.
與其他部門協作，跟蹤生產現場問題并提出解決方案。
7. Coaching / Mentoring 指導和培訓
Coach production operators and provide training to other employee within the company.
指導生產操作工，并為公司其他員工提供培訓。
8.Othes 其他
Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Basic Requirements 任職要求：
1. Bachelor Degree or above. Bachelor Degree
本科及以上
2. Five year work experience in tooling design and fabrication
有5年相關工裝制造和設計的相關經驗
3. Fully speak English as working language (fluent in written and spoken)/可以完全以英文作為工作語言（讀寫口頭交流流利）
