RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責
1. 雙語生物教學；
Bilingual biology teaching
2. 承擔課程輔導和答疑，作業和考卷批改等工作；
Responsible for course tutorial, question-and-answer session, correcting homework and examination, and etc.
3. 監督和管理學生的學習效果和學習狀態，并定期向學生和家長進行反饋；
Supervise and manage the learning effect and learning status of students, and give feedback to students and parents regularly
4. 根據學校安排，優質高效地完成與教學相關的其他活動；
Efficient completion of teaching related activities with high quality according to arrangement of the school
5. 完成教學部門、教研組長、升學指導中心安排的其他任務。
Other tasks are issued by Head of Teaching Department, Group Leader of Teaching and Counseling Department
NECESSARY COMPETENCIES 必需具備的知識和技能
1. 正規師范院校相關專業碩士（含）以上學歷、具有高級教師資格證書；
Master degree or above, Graduated from Normal Universities with relevant major, Senior Teacher Certification possessing
2. 具有三年以上中學教學經驗和一定的教學研究工作經驗，有國際課程教學經驗者或海外學習以及工作經驗者優先；
3-years relevant teaching experience and teaching research working experience（teaching experience of middle school & high school）. Teaching experience in International Curriculum or oversea studying and working experience is a plus
3. 熟練掌握辦公軟件和互聯網的使用技巧；
Proficiency in the use of MS Office software and Internet
4. 具備教育心理學知識，較強的授課能力；
Equipped with educational psychology knowledge and strong teaching ability
5. 具有很強的中文表達能力，普通話標準，口齒伶俐；
Equipped with strong expression skill, standard Mandarin spoken, and rhetorical skill
6. 具有較強的親和力，講課生動活潑，知識面寬廣；
Strong affinity, teaching lively, broad knowledge scope
7. 熱愛教育事業，工作積極主動、責任心強；
Passion for education work, strong responsibility sense
8. 英語聽說讀寫能力熟練，可使用全英文授課；
Proficiency in spoken and written English,able to teach in English
