Job Responsibility:

1.Under the leadership of Purchasing Manager, purchase materials according to the regulations of the company's purchasing process, to meet each department request, to ensure the smooth implementation of the production plan.
在采購經理的領導下，按照公司規定的采購流程進行采購操作，滿足各部門需求，確保生產計劃的順利實施。

2.Complete procurement of engineering related materials, e.g. electrical, mechanical and related equipment.
完成與機電工程相關的物料采購， 如電氣件、機械件及相關設備等。

3.Complete purchasing business negotiation, contract signing and contract performance tracking.
完成采購商務談判，簽訂合同及合同履行的跟蹤。

4.Complete purchasing low valued materials, including materials used for project related, cost center related requirements in office buildings, etc.
完成低值易耗品采購.包括：用于項目相關的材料，辦公樓宇內成本中心有關的需求等采購等。

5.Responsible for purchasing mechanical parts and service of subcontracts for project installation.
負責機械加工件外協采購，負責工程安裝分包服務采購。

6.Responsible for relative business database's establishment and maintenance, including database of electrical component, mechanical component, low valued materials, tools and suppliers.
負責相關業務信息庫的建立和維護，包含：電氣產品、機械產品、低值易耗、工具等等供應商的開發、管理和信息維護。

7.Control effectively cost down to achieve relative cost control target.
有效控制采購降成本，完成相關業務成本控制目標。

8.Follow up the market change of material, take the necessary procurement techniques to reduce the purchasing cost.
跟蹤物料的市場變化，采取必要的采購技巧降低采購成本。

9.To finish the other temporary work the manager assigned in time.
按時完成經理安排的其他臨時性工作。

10.If there is any wrong data happened, should inform related department to handle within the deadline in time, if problem is not solved, shall feedback to previous level leader and wait for instructions.
如發現物料數據、客戶資料不正確或有疑問，應及時通知相關人員要求在限期內處理，如沒有得到解決，應向模塊的部門主管反應并等候相關指示。

11.Comply with the company's relevant procedures, comply with the information confidentiality requirements of purchasers.
遵守公司相關的流程規范，遵守采購員信息保密規定。

Job Qualifications:
任職資格：

- More than 3 years experience in mechanical products and mechanical parts procurement;
具有3年以上機械產品、及機械加工件采購工作經驗；
- Mechanical manufacturing and automation learning background and work experience are preferred;
機械制造與自動化學習背景及工作經驗者優先；
- The foreign capital enterprise purchasing management working experience is preferred;
有外資企業采購管理工作閱歷者優先；
- Familiar with purchasing logistics business process, familiar with office software and ERP management software;
熟悉采購、物流業務流程，熟練使用辦公軟件及ERP管理軟件；
- High sense of responsibility and strong interpersonal communication skills;
高度責任感及較強的人際溝通能力；
- English knowledge is a must or Germany knowledge;
英語或德語流利；
- education: bachelor or above;
學歷：大專或大專以上；
- major: not limited;
