Responsibilities:
1. Initiate product developments: investigate new ideas, prepare evaluation report / start papers, compile customer requirements, create business plan and develop marketing concept.啟動產品開發項目：調查研究新的概念，準備評估報告，梳理客戶要求，制定業務計劃和市場定位。
2. Seeking new market opportunities within the company’s distinctive competence在公司的能力范圍內尋求新的市場機會。
3. Analyzing product performance and sales figures.分析產品市場表現和銷售數據。
4. Maintaining the product family roadmap.維護產品系列路線圖。
5. Competitive analysis.競爭分析。
6. Monitoring the implementation of product projects.監控產品項目的實施計劃。
7. Initiate and contribute to product launch activities. Propose communication strategy. Anticipate and realize communication interface with rest of group (Sales, Marketing, etc.).Positioning the product for markets and all buyers.啟動并參與產品發布活動。 提出產品的溝通策略，作為與集團其他部門（銷售，市場營銷等）的溝通接口，確定產品定位。
8. Creating standard presentations, sales tools and pre-sales documents.創建標準的產品銷售工具和產品售前支持文檔。
9. Drive benchmarking studies to identify market opportunities, gather competitor intelligence.推動競品分析和研究，收集競爭對手情報。
10. Product lifecycle follow up (KPI reporting, analyze gaps to initial targets, propose evolution of product positioning on market, follow up product performance).產品生命周期跟進（KPI報告，分析與初始目標的差距，提出產品改進計劃，跟進產品表現）。
Requirements:
1. Degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing.工程/商業/市場營銷學位。
2. 3 years’ experience in e.g. development of technical products, technical Marketing or comparable functions.3年以上相關工作經驗，產品開發，技術營銷或類似經歷。
3. Knowledge of pump industry and experience of IND business background is a plus.有工業行業經驗者或水泵行業優先。
4. Significant working experience in multi-cultural environment.在跨文化環境中的工作經驗。
