Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the implementation and optimization of the company's project compensation system to ensure it complies with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations, market conditions, and the company's management provisions.
2. Undertake the preparation of the company's project total compensation budget and the monitoring of its execution, so as to ensure the attractiveness of the compensation strategy and controllable costs.
3. Continuously improve compensation and benefits management systems and processes, coordinate attendance management, salary calculation, payment, and benefits distribution. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of compensation data, such as local salary payment in Saudi Arabia, WPS , and GOSI.
4. Support the establishment of the company's project performance management system, and promote the implementation and continuous improvement of the performance system.
5. Be responsible for the statistics, submission, and update of various company reports.
6. Provide interpretation of compensation policies and business support for the execution of company projects, and participate in the optimization of compensation system functions and data governance.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Economics, Statistics, or other related majors.
2. More than 5 years of compensation management experience, including at least 3 years of overseas compensation management and practical operation experience.
3. Possess strong data analysis capabilities and practical experience in report automation.
4. English can be used as a working language; proficiency in a second foreign language is preferred.
5. Be willing to work overseas for a long time.
