電磁兼容測試實驗室管理
Job Descriptions:
1. Act as a team leader to manage and supervise the test team of EMC laboratory.
作為團隊領導管理和監督電磁兼容實驗室測試團隊.
2. Lead laboratory team to optimize the testing workflow, improve the productivity and do well planning on laboratory cost control.
領導實驗室團隊優化測試工作流程，提高生產效率，做好實驗室成本控制計劃.
3. Lead laboratory team to ensure laboratory runs smoothly in accordance with ISO 17025 and meet requirements of both internal and external accreditations.
領導實驗室團隊確保實驗室按照ISO 17025標準順利運行，并滿足內部和外部認證的要求.
4. Working proactively on regulations and standards updates, implement the method validation efficiently and train up laboratory test team.
積極參與法規和標準的更新，有效地實施方法驗證并培訓實驗室測試團隊.
5. Provide internal and external technical supports including but not limit to technical enquiries, trainings, seminars and webinars
提供內部和外部技術支持，包括但不限于技術咨詢、培訓、研討會和網絡研討會
6. Develop new testing capabilities/services per client’s request and market trend.
根據客戶需求和市場趨勢開發新的測試能力/服務
7. Coordinate with project team from different product line to ensure test data and result on time delivery and accuracy

8. Assist manager on planning and facilitating of business target and strategies, and accomplish the assignments given by manager.

Job Requirements:
1. At least 5-8 years’ experience on IT, household, lighting equipment, industry & electrical testing for EMC and with at least 3-5 years of EMC laboratory management experience.
至少5-8年信息技術類、家電類、燈具類、工業類和電子電氣類EMC測試經驗，至少3-5年EMC實驗室管理經驗
2. Bachelor degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or relevant.
本科學歷，電氣，機械工程或相關專業
3. Good communication skills and problem solving ability, work carefully and patiently.
良好的溝通能力和解決問題能力，工作認真和耐心.
4. Hands-on experience with test & measurement for new energy products. Including photovoltaic inverters, energy storage products and automotive charge station.
具有測試和測量新能源產品的實踐經驗,包括光伏逆變器、儲能產品和汽車充電樁
5. Bear high work responsibility with a pro-active attitude.

6. Practical management experience in EMC laboratory, including A2LA/CNAS/CMA audit, quality system, equipment calibration and laboratory comparison experience.
