機加工熱處理
Purpose of Job 崗位目標概述：
Ensure a competitive production that serves our customers needs. Increase the foundation of a solid production through Machining processes development and optimization.
確保競爭性生產以滿足客戶需求, 通過核心加工工藝開發和優化，增加穩定堅實生產的基礎。
Key Tasks and Responsibilities 主要工作職責：
1.Conduct process assessment for machining process, cycle time, manpower configuration and manufacturing strategies with cost to Proforma.
2.Manage resource and Work with cross team to determine the requirements for facilities, utilities, equipment, fixture, gauge design, tools, and to be completed for the purchasing, test & hand over.
3.Create PFC, PFMEA, CP, SOP, WI…etc. process documents and dynamically update per project stages to meet company related procedures.
4.Maintain process delivery, deal with daily production issues with right ways and quick response.
5.Create and maintain BOM and Routing in SAP.
6.Capacity analysis and continuous improvement of efficiency.
7.Process capability analysis and improvement.
8.The utilization ratio of equipment OEE and analysis and improvement.
9.Identify opportunities for continual improvement and conduct for implement.
10.Involve local company activities and take owners for assigned task.
11.Research and gather new machining technologies and applied to process improvement to meet lean and EHS and Danfoss standards.
12.50% involve in machining, and 50% involve in production preparation.
13.Other tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements and Qualifications 任職資格和要求：
1. More than 5 Years machining relevant working experience and major in Mechanical engineering relatives.
2. Familiar with systemic tools, such as ISO/TS16949, SOP, PFMEA, CP, Problem Solving Skills etc.
3. Good Communication Skills both in English and mandarin. CET4 or higher level.

2.熟悉體系工具，如：ISO/TS16949,SOP, PFMEA, CP, Problem sovling skills等；
3.中英文良好的溝通能力，英語CET4以上。
