Main responsibilities 主要職責
Business Controlling & Financial Reporting
? Lead financial cost center planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts for the company, ensuring alignment with short-term objectives and strategic goals.
? Develop detailed financial models and profitability analysis to provide actionable insights, design and maintain real-time management reporting dashboards (using Power BI) to enable data-driven decision-making for business heads.
? Manage net working capital optimization (receivables, payables, inventory) and cash flow forecasting in line with global policies.
? Oversee cost center-level planning and monthly performance monitoring at business lines and product level.
? Coordinate with the local finance shared service center (SSC) to ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and reconciliations.
? Ad hoc analysis per business requirement
Internal Control & Compliance
? Implement and monitor global internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
? Conduct periodic risk assessments and lead remediation of internal/ external audit findings.
? Partner with the Tax Manager to ensure accurate monthly tax filings (VAT, CIT, surcharges), transfer pricing compliance, and adherence to local/ international tax regulations.
Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
? Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving sustainable growth through cross-functional collaboration and financial discipline.
? Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
? Liaise with regional/global HQ teams to standardize processes and align with corporate strategies.
To succeed 任職條件
Essential
? Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance major.
? 5+ years' working experience in financial management position.
? Rich experience with SAP ERP system and PBI is must.
? Fluent English skills for communication in oral and written form.
? Proactive, mature and good communication with cross functions.
? High teamwork spirit.
Desirable
CPA Qualified or similar
