About the Role
You’ll be based in our expansive Shenzhen studio, and a key member of our small but talented design team. We’re looking for someone who has the mind-set to proactively find solutions and the passion to continually improve their work. As part of the team, we expect you to share ideas, inspiration and contribute to the team culture.
1. Lead projects with the support of other senior team members from concept to completion.
2. Implement and evolve our brand across an eclectic range of visual touch points both physical and digital.
3. Develop consistent and compelling visuals for new product launches, app operations, social media, onboarding tutorials, and packaging graphics.
4. Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team of designers.
5. Present work beautifully, with clarity and precision.

What you need
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic / Interaction / UI / Product design or other related field.
2. 3+ years of design experience with a portfolio that shows.
3. Familiarity with marketing & brand VI projects.
4. Proficient with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
5. Experience in other mediums is a big bonus: 3D rendering / Art direction / Motion Graphics / Illustration / UI / web design.
6. Excellent speaking and writing skills in English. (Overseas study experience is a plus).
