Responsibilities:

On
suppliers’ site to support client’s development of mechanical designs for
current and new production hardware, components, and systems.
·
Assists
in the creation of working prototype(s) for beta testing and customer
demonstration. Prepares supporting documentation. Verifies that prototype(s)
meets appropriate product specifications
·
Follow
the PPAP process, review the supplier fabrication capability, conduct qualification
for new mechanical component development result
·
Assists
in the review of vendor/contractor capability to bring product design from
engineering prototype phase to production release.
·
Monitor
the supplier quality performance by the approach of QMS and process audit
·
Drive
suppliers CAPA (corrective and preventive action) program
Skill and Qualifications

·
Bachelor’s
degree in mechanical engineering
·
Must
with knowledge of GD&T requirements. Experience working with drawing
standards including tolerances and detailed drawings.
·
More
than 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or product design and
development. Experience working with mechanical design principles and
practices.
·
Experience
working with production processes at least with one of fabrication process
(CNC, plastic injection molding, metal stamping, forming, forge and/or machining
processes.
·
Familiar
with PPAP fundamental and process

審查供應(yīng)商/承包商的量產(chǎn)能力， 確保項目從品設(shè)計階段、樣品確認階段順利過渡到量產(chǎn)階段
·
通過質(zhì)量管理體系和過程審核的方法監(jiān)控供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量績效
·
推動供應(yīng)商CAPA(糾正和預(yù)防措施)計劃
技能與資格
·
機械工程專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷
·
必須具備GD&T要求的工作知識, 具有機械設(shè)計原理和實踐的工作經(jīng)驗,了解圖面標準圖紙以及公差要求
·
5年以上機械工程或產(chǎn)品設(shè)計開發(fā)經(jīng)驗，其中必須 具備 以下下其中之一的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，包括機械制造 (CNC)、塑膠成型、沖壓、擠出成型、鍛造或其它機加工工藝。
