Key Responsibilities主要工作職責

Conduct
Supplier Audits & drive Supplier Qualification using client’s Supplier
Quality Program
·
負責按照客戶要求對光伏組件供應商進行審核和資格確認
·
Conduct
inspection & process audit to ensure product quality during all stages of
Supplier Qualification&Product Launches & Mass Production
·
在供應商新產品試產和量產階段對產品和生產過程進行審核和檢驗，保證產品質量符合要求
·
Drive
suppliers & ensure adherence to client’s
PPAP Requirement (PFC, FMEA, QCP, FAI etc.)
·
主導和審核 供應商按照客戶要求提交
PPAP
·
Ensure
control of process and product parameters at supplier to meet End Product
Requirement
·
確保供應商的產品特性在工藝過程得到相應的控制，保證產品質量符合要求
·
Support
new Product Launches & ensure compliance to
required Standards & Product Requirement.
·
在新產品開發階段確保產品符合相應的標準和法規要求
·
Facilitate
RCA & Corrective Actions of SQ issues. On-site Supplier visits for RCA
& Verification of CAPA
·
觸發和監控供應商的矯正預防措施的實施和效果驗證　
·
Organize
& evaluate supplier quality data, identify & work on improvement
opportunities within Supply Base
·
供應商質量數據的收集、整理和分析觸發供應商的質量改善活動
Qualifications 資格要求
·
Electrical
or Equivalent engineering degree
·
電氣或相關專業工程背景
·
5+Year
Experience in Supplier Quality Function, at least 2+years PV module supplier
management experience
·
5 年以上供應商管理經驗，其中至少２年以上光伏組件供應商管理經驗　
·
Experience
in reading and interpreting Engineering Drawings (Must)
·
熟練光伏組件的相關技術資料，包括技術規格、圖紙等 (必須)
·
Experience
with PV module manufacturing process （Must）
·
熟悉光伏組件的生產工藝過程( 必須)
·
Knowledge
of Measurement Techniques, Inspection Methods & Equipment for PV module (Must)
·
熟悉光伏組件的測試 和檢驗方法(必須)
·
Experience
with Supplier Qualification, Supplier Audit, Supplier Development, and Part
Development
·
熟練供應商開發流程，包括工程審核、工廠驗證及零件開發認證流程
·
Familiarity
with PPAP and its related activities PFC, FMEA, QCP, FAI, MSA, PSW, etc.
·
熟悉PPAP流程
·
Proven
understanding of pFMEA, Control Plan and method to ensure Adherence at the
Supplier End
·
對 pFMEA 、控制計劃等質量控制方法有比較深刻的認識和運用經驗
·
Knowledge
of Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action of Supplier Quality Issues (8D
etc)
·
熟悉8D工作流程
·
Be
able to read the English technical specification and write report in English
·
能閱讀相關英文技術文件，能出英語報告
