RESPONSIBILITIES

· Evaluate supplier’s new and existing processes and configure manufacturing systems to reduce costs, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process.

· Provide oversight and guidance to supplier’s Process Engineer team

· Manage large LEAN project timelines and resources

· Identify, recommend, and implement approved methods or process improvements.

· Identify equipment, processes and tooling needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications

· Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout

· Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers

· Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards

· Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of the production process from new product introduce to mass production

· Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends

· Assist in client’s price quote development and job costing reviews

Skill and Qualifications

· Bachelor or above degree in manufacturing engineering or related field.

· Over 5 years of industry experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting

· Working knowledge of LEAN principles or other continuous improvement skills

· Possess excellent organizational skills, possess well-developed and demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment

· Must have strong project planning and management skills to prioritize tasks and establish framework and systems for managing areas of responsibility
Work Location: Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, Ningbo area and remote work and so on.
