(一) 崗位職責：
a) 負責基地果樹類作物的種植：病蟲害防治、施肥灌溉、授粉、溫度控制、農(nóng)作物保護；
b) 負責對基地農(nóng)作物及生長進行詳細的數(shù)據(jù)采集、記錄備案；
c) 指導種植、進行田間管理，同時優(yōu)化種植、采收環(huán)節(jié)和安全衛(wèi)生環(huán)節(jié)；
d) 助理種植經(jīng)理組織生產(chǎn)、管理工人、物資；
e) 助理管理層與當?shù)卣⒋逦捌渌嚓P職位溝通、協(xié)調工作；
f) 上級安排的其他事。
(二) 任職要求：
a) 年齡：28-40歲；
b) 匯報對象：農(nóng)場經(jīng)理；
c) 教育背景：農(nóng)林院校畢業(yè)，農(nóng)學、植物保護、園藝、農(nóng)藝等相關專業(yè)本科以上；碩士優(yōu)先；
d) 工作經(jīng)驗：3-5年相關種植技術工作經(jīng)驗；
e) 語言：漢語和英語。
(三) 資格技能：
a) 吃苦耐勞，愿意從基層做起工作認真細心、責任心強；
b) 學習能力強、具有鉆研精神；
c) 自律、高效、守時；
d) 個性積極主動、善于溝通；
e) 具有項目管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
(四) 管理及其他技能：
a) 能夠為員工提供技術培訓，管理和領導種植工人；
b) 良好的溝通表達技能。

(1) Job Responsibilities:
a) Be responsible for the cultivation of fruit tree crops in the base: pest and disease control, fertilization and irrigation, pollination, temperature control, and crop protection;
b) Be responsible for detailed data collection, record-keeping and filing of crops and their growth in the base;
c) Guide planting, conduct field management, and optimize the planting, harvesting and safety and hygiene links at the same time;
d) The assistant planting manager organizes production, manages workers and materials;
e) Assistant management communicates and coordinates work with the local government, village committees and other relevant positions;
f) Other matters assigned by superiors.
(II) Job Requirements:
a) Age: 28-40 years old;
b) Reporting to: Farm Manager;
c) Educational background: Graduated from agricultural and forestry colleges and universities, with a bachelor's degree or above in agriculture, plant protection, horticulture, agronomy or related fields; Master's degree preferred;
d) Work Experience: 3-5years of relevant planting technology work experience;
e) Language: Chinese and English.
(III) Qualifications and Skills:
a) Be hardworking and willing to start from the grassroots level. Be meticulous and responsible in work.
b) Strong learning ability and a spirit of research;
c) Self-discipline, efficiency and punctuality;
d) Proactive in personality and good at communication;
e) Project management experience is preferred.
(4) Management and Other Skills:
a) Be capable of providing technical training for employees and managing and leading planting workers;
b) Good communication and expression skills.
