How You’ll Make an Impact

• Responsible for the agreed engineer strategy implementation. The operational implementation is supported in close collaboration with the other departments.
• Offer design and cost calculation, realizing the technical regulation in line with the demands of the technology and meets the satisfaction of customers in a timely, efficient, and qualified way.
• Well cooperate with other departments to rectify and identify problem related to the offer design promptly, and provide support to bidding and customer trouble shooting
• Fully responsible for the offer design specification standardization and standard working procedure in a costly and highly efficient way.
• Interface with Purchasing to develop localization strategy and support China localization and supplier qualification program.
• Provide technical support for sales, respond to the technical questions in the bidding and design process.

What You Bring

• At least 3-5 years related technical experience
• Demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge and principles of transformer engineering and applies through successful completion of assignments.
• Self-motivated with strong customer focus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong emphasis on quality of work and Siemens Energy values
• Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form in English and in Chinese and to interface within a wide range of organizations both internally and externally.
• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical Engineering, electrical engineering etc.
