Key Responsibilities: ? Design, synthesize, and optimize small molecules and/or oligopeptide/peptide-based compounds. ? Develop and execute rational compound optimization strategies based on Structure-Activity Relationships (SAR), DMPK properties, and preliminary toxicology data. ? Independently perform or guide team members in multi-step organic synthesis, purification, and structural characterization. ? Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in biology, pharmacology, and DMPK to advance project goals. ? Accurately document experiments, analyze data, prepare technical reports, and present findings at project meetings. Essential Requirements: ? Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or a related field from a renowned overseas university. ? 0-5 years of industrial or postdoctoral research experience. Recent Ph.D. graduates are encouraged to apply. ? Strong theoretical knowledge and excellent hands-on skills in organic synthesis, with the ability to troubleshoot challenging reactions independently. ? Solid understanding of modern medicinal chemistry principles and workflows, with a deep appreciation for SAR. 1. Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a high sense of responsibility. 2. Proficiency in reading scientific literature and outstanding written and oral communication skills in English.
