KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Provide technical support to the corresponding area, work closely with sales
to develop and present technical proposal to customers

? Customer liason between product design, production and other internal departments

? Provide product and application training and held seminar for OEMs and sales channels
向客戶和代理商提供產(chǎn)品和應(yīng)用培訓(xùn)及研討會
? Commission and debug at customer site
在客戶現(xiàn)場進行產(chǎn)品調(diào)試
? Make spread win material from successful wins成功案例匯總
? Cooperate with Marketing Department to write technical articles
配合市場部編寫技術(shù)類宣傳文章
? Setup application and concept-oriented demo in office
建立產(chǎn)品演示Demo
? Provide after sales support and troubleshooting提供售后服務(wù)及現(xiàn)場故障排除
Complete the tasks assigned by the leaders

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
職位要求：
BA degree or above, CET-4 or above 學(xué)士學(xué)位及以上，英語四級及以上
At least 3 years working experiences in machinery industry 至少三年機械行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗
Communicate with customers in depth and help them optimize their requirement.
能夠和客戶深入溝通交流，并幫助客戶對其需求進行優(yōu)化
To prepare technical solution according to actual needs. And ability to perform design
Calculations. 根據(jù)實際需求提供技術(shù)方案, 并可以進行校核計算
Knowledge of device communication protocols 了解產(chǎn)品的通訊協(xié)議
Ability to solve moderately complex problems 具備解決中等復(fù)雜問題的能力
Have the ability and experience to deal with the RMA具備處理售后能力和經(jīng)驗
Ability to participate in marketing activities. 具備參與市場活動能力
Have some electrical knowledge 具備一定的電氣知識
