POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role will be responsible for mechanical design to support the launch
of new product development projects as well as enhancements to current product designs. The main design job is to focus on customers’ needs, interact with
customers who are looking for a product solution that is not readily available
in our catalogue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop new products that meet performance, cost and quality
requirements.

Use of computer aided design and analysis tools to optimize designs in an
efficient manner.

Managing light and medium tollgate projects.

Generate clear technical documentation and procedures that can be
referenced by other design, manufacturing or quality engineers.

Support existing products through cost reduction, failure analysis,
application solutions and product derivatives.

Providing technical expertise to other design engineers within the
organization.
為組織內(nèi)的其他設(shè)計工程師提供技術(shù)專業(yè)知識。
Con duct consultative design sessions with customers whereby the product
solution is constructed real time using parametric design tools.

Interact with customers who are looking for a product solution that is
not readily available in our catalogue.

Proposing & quoting design solutions that are not in our catalogue
and where no defined adders are available.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
職位要求：
1.BS or above in mechanical engineering or related field. 機械工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。
2.Five years, experience of mechanical engineering, especially in a foreign
company. 五年機械工程方面的工作經(jīng)驗，特別是在外企工作的經(jīng)驗。
3.Understanding of design requirements, parts function, and manufacturing
principles. 了解設(shè)計要求，零件功能和制造原理。
4.Skills in Solidworks, Creo and AutoCAD. 熟練使用Solidworks, Creo和AutoCAD。
5.Strong communication skills. 較強的溝通能力。
6.Expert understanding of design, product development, and manufacturing
principles. 對設(shè)計、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和制造原理有深入的了解。
6.Ability to nurture trust in our efforts to deliver solutions that meets
customer requirements and deliver on our commitments. 有能力在我們的努力中培養(yǎng)信任，以提供滿足客戶需求的解決方案并履行我們的承諾。
7.Ability to engage with customers to develop new technical

10.Good oral and written English. 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
11.Experience of Oracle system. 有Oracle系統(tǒng)使用經(jīng)驗。
12.Understanding of electrical circuits and electrical systems is a plus. 了解電路和電氣系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先考慮。
13.Knowledge of measurement, automation programming, and control techniques
is a plus. 具有測量、自動化編程和控制技術(shù)知識優(yōu)先考慮。
