1. 管理東莞的工程部。包括預算管理，合理配置部門，指導和培訓員工。
Manage Engineering department located in Dongguan. Including managing budget, properly staffing department, and coaching & training staff.
2. 開發和實施與新產品開發相關的改進流程。
Develop and implement improved process associated with New Product Development.
3. 支持技術路線圖的開發和執行。
Support development and execution of the Technology Roadmap.
4. 建立可測量的目標(kpi)，并與業務目標相關聯，然后向下級聯到員工
Establish measurable goals (KPIs) with linkage to business objectives that are then cascaded down to staff
5. 與銷售，產品管理，制造，采購和其他部門合作，優化新產品開發流程。
Work with Sales, Product Management, and Manufacturing, Purchasing, and other departments to optimize the New Product Development process.
6. 負責與美國/歐盟工程總監，產品管理總監，銷售總監協調CIT醫療戰略計劃(P2W)的制定和執行
Responsible to coordinate with US/EU Engineering Director, Product Management Director, Sales Director in the development and execution of CIT’s Medical Strategic Plan (P2W).
7. 與銷售管理協調，支持所需的能力發展和在選定的戰略oem的滲透工作
Coordinate with Sales Management to support required capability development and penetration efforts at selected strategic OEMs
8. 在關鍵項目和問題上直接與客戶溝通。
Directly interface with customers on critical projects and issues.
