崗位描述 Job Description
1. Take over quality issues for mass production to reduce the failure rate and non-conforming parts handling to avoid customer quality complaint. 負(fù)責(zé)量產(chǎn)后的質(zhì)量問題，降低故障率和不合格件的處理以避免客戶的質(zhì)量投訴。
2. Take over quality risk prevent for process development in process for in project phase.負(fù)責(zé)前期過程開發(fā)的質(zhì)量控制,并質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)遏制在項(xiàng)目前期。
3. Create and update control plan /WI/Check list to make sure the control method delivery to production. Take part in PFMEA creation and audit.
4. 負(fù)責(zé)編制和更新控制計(jì)劃、檢驗(yàn)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書、表單，并將定義的質(zhì)量控制方法傳遞到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。參與PFMEA制定與審核
5. Push internal improvement by standing on the position of customer. Handle customer complain about quality to satisfy the customer, do 8D report. 站在客戶的角度推進(jìn)內(nèi)部質(zhì)量改進(jìn)。
6. Support QPC to identify root cause and take actions when there is customer compliant。與QPC團(tuán)隊(duì)一起分析客戶抱怨的原因和采取相應(yīng)的措施。
7. Take part in process development ECM/ECR for early quality prevention. 參與過程開發(fā)及變更的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估。
8. Summarize quality information, handle ongoing product, customer complaint, FPY, 0Km＆Field returns, do analysis, improvement and report. 匯總質(zhì)量信息，處理生產(chǎn)線改進(jìn)、匯報(bào)，制作質(zhì)量掛圖。
9. Monitor the Nonconforming Quality Expense and reduce the scrap and internal cost.監(jiān)控不良質(zhì)量成本及減少生產(chǎn)報(bào)廢等內(nèi)部成本。
10. Prepare PPK/CPK annual plan and implementation.負(fù)責(zé)編制過程能力研究年度計(jì)劃和完成過程能力研究.
11. Support ME for MSA annual plan and MSA report & method.支持制造工程師MSA報(bào)告及方法和MSA年度計(jì)劃.
12. Make and maintenance master and dummy samples.制定和維護(hù)產(chǎn)線的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣件，完善缺陷樣件
13. Arrange annual validation test for product and follow up the test result.安排并跟蹤產(chǎn)品年度試驗(yàn)
14. Involvement in external or carrying out internal audits. 參與內(nèi)外部審核。
15. Support for other specify topic from supervisor or managers. 上屬指定的其他問題.
任職資格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor or above, science and engineering, especially mechanical, electrical engineering or electronics.
2.Familiar with IATF 16949 , VDA 6.3, Professional knowledge of quality tools （SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA.）. Problem Solving Skill（8D, FTA, 5 Why etc.）
3.At least 5 years’ experience in quality process control for new project and mass production.
4.Workable in oral and written English.
