Key Responsibilities:
1. Take full ownership of general ledger and end-to-end financial management
for the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of financial
records;
2. Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, and prepare
financial statements and management reports;
3. Serve as the key point of contact for external parties including auditors,
banks, customs, and tax authorities;
4. Communicate regularly with the overseas headquarters, providing clear and
timely financial updates and reports in English;
5. Cash flow management, tax planning, and cost control to ensure smooth
business operations.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
? Minimum of 8 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in
foreign-invested small or medium-sized manufacturing companies;
? Solid understanding of PRC GAAP, IFRS and tax regulations, with hands-on
experience managing full-set accounting;
? Strong written and spoken English for daily communication and reporting with
overseas HQ; German language skills are a plus;
? Proficient in Kingdee（金蝶）; experience with SAP is an advantage;
? Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with strong
communication and organizational skills.
Preferred:
? Experience working with German headquarters or within a German-invested
company;
? Familiarity with export tax rebates and cross-border payment processes.
