r 測試及報告test and reporting

根據生產計劃, 產品標準,及質量主管簽發的檢驗計劃書(或者MIS卡)安排試驗任務 ;實驗人員班次prepare test plan ,inspector work
plan, based on inpection plan signed by
quality supervisor and production plan.
- 實驗室的日常管理工作 Daily management of the lab

保證測試結果,測試報告的可追溯性, 審核所有測試數據結果,整理并編輯測試報告,并負責保存,歸檔,管理各類測試報告.esnure the tracebility of all test data,
test report; review all test data results and edit test reports and responsible
for archiving all test report.

試樣的管理及廢棄. Manage
specimen as well as scrap of specimen.

實驗室及設備LAB and equipment
- 根據質量控制主管的安排積極做好測試設備的維護保養及其校準工作，并做好相關記錄，以保證設備可靠性。Responsible
for first level maitanence, regular calibration of test machine, keep machine
clean, and reliable as arranged+scheduled by quality control supervisor.
- 配合維修部門做好設備的維修工作。Support MT
department for reparinng in case of machine failure.
- 設備故障時及時填寫設備維修單FRTS，并向主管匯報 single
FRTS equipment failure in time to fill in equipment maintenance, and report to
the supervior

文件管理及統計document and statistic
- 管理好相關測試數據；manage all test data
- 做好數據的統計分析，為改進產品質量提供統計服務.make statistic of
test data, help to improve product quality

人員培訓及能力評估：
- 負責實驗室員工的日常績效考核 responsible for BC daily appraisal
- 負責實驗室報表、計劃等看板的更新 continuously update the lab report
and plan for board
- 合理安排員工滿足生產計劃的需要 arrange employees to meet the needs of the
production plan
- 檢查實驗室設備自主維護的相關工作被執行的情況，發生偏離時及時采取措施 Independent - check lab equipment maintenance work is
carried out, take timely measures when deviation occurs
2. 質量、環境安全及能源職責Quality
& Environmental & Safety & Energy
- 根據公司相關程序規定管理試驗室使用的化學品, 廢棄物, 危險廢棄物.Manage chemics in lab waste and dangerous waste in conformance with VCHA
relevent procedure.
- 發生環境安全意外狀況時根據急響應程序采取適當行動。Take certain actions according to
the emergency procedure when environment and safety accident occurs.
- 參與資源的回收利用（托盤，紙張等）participate to the recycling of
products (palette, paper, …)
- 根據環保規定將垃圾歸類存放；Sorts out of the trash as defined in
the Procedure for environment protection;
- 公司內部要重視安全respect and make respect the safety around whole
of the company
- 如進入車間要穿戴必要的防護用品 wear PPE when in workshop
- 參與本部門的能源變量識別。Participate
in identification for energy variable within QSE departm
- 上級領導安排的其他工作任務。Other tasks arranged
by superiors.

能力要求 Competence Requirements:
1. 教育：大專及以上文化水平,冶金,機械或者材料相關專業.at least junior college school with mechanical, metallurgy or material
related major.
2. 經驗Experience:5年以上類似崗位工作經驗 More
than 5 years of similar experiences
3. 培訓&知識：
具有機械性能，化學分析，金相檢驗三個項目的質監局2級證書. level 2 qualified
by administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine for
machenical property, chemical analysis, metallagraphical analysis.
具有TSG,API,DNV等相關經驗,熟悉相關標準要求. Have relevant experience in
TSG,API,DNV, etc., and be familiar with the requirements of relevant standards.

4. 技能：
計量器具熟練應用Familiar
with measuring tools
英文水平：讀寫English
level: can write and read English.
計算機應用水平：熟練應用MSOFFICE軟件。Computer skill:
familiar with MS OFFICE
