負(fù)責(zé)下游車絲車間和接箍車間的所有相關(guān)工藝工作
Responsible for all related process work of threading line and grinding workshop.
編制和管理下游工廠所有產(chǎn)品的數(shù)控程序
Develop and manage CNC programs for all products in downstream mill
基本職責(zé)Essential：
1）制定和更新工藝文件和關(guān)鍵崗位作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書
2）持續(xù)跟蹤生產(chǎn)流程、進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)收集，以發(fā)現(xiàn)需要改進(jìn)的領(lǐng)域（統(tǒng)計(jì)過程控制）
3）負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)線的工藝應(yīng)用，現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)培訓(xùn)員工，并檢查現(xiàn)場工藝執(zhí)行情況
4）在確保符合安全和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的同時(shí)，進(jìn)行測試，更新系統(tǒng)/流程和程序
5）糾正和解決日常反映的工藝技術(shù)問題，并制定預(yù)防措施
6）保持和集團(tuán)公司工藝部門的溝通與交流，負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃部署
7）發(fā)展最佳實(shí)踐和創(chuàng)新解決方案，提高生產(chǎn)率、產(chǎn)出質(zhì)量和降低成本
8）參與產(chǎn)品工業(yè)化項(xiàng)目；參與項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理、溝通管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理和相關(guān)方管理等
9）負(fù)責(zé)合同評審中工藝部分的評審
10）編制和管理下游工廠所有產(chǎn)品的數(shù)控程序
11）參數(shù)化制造工藝，制定換型工藝卡片和加工過程控制卡片
12）管理產(chǎn)品圖紙，技術(shù)規(guī)范及要求
13）確認(rèn)新刀具和設(shè)備的技術(shù)規(guī)范并提供給采購部門
14）負(fù)責(zé)關(guān)鍵工序工具的選型和測試，主要包含數(shù)控刀具和夾具
15）完成公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它相關(guān)工作
1) Develop and update process documents and work instructions for key positions
2) Continuously track the production process and conduct data collection to identify areas for improvement (Statistical Process Control)
3) Be responsible for guiding the process application of the production line, instructing and training employees on-site, and checking the implementation of the on-site process
4) Test, update systems/processes and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
5) Correct and solve the process and technical problems reflected on a daily basis, and formulate preventive measures
6) Maintain communication and exchanges with the technology department of the group company, and be responsible for the deployment of relevant action plans
7) Develop best practices and innovative solutions to increase productivity, quality and reduce costs
8) Participate in industrialization projects; participate in the project time management, communication management, risk management and stakeholder management, etc
9) Be responsible for the review of the process part of the contract review
10)Develop and manage CNC programs for all products in downstream mill
11) Parameterize the manufacturing process, formulate changeover process cards and process control cards
12) Manage product drawings, technical specifications and requirements
13) Confirm the technical specifications of new tools and equipment and provide them to the purchasing department
14) Responsible for the selection and testing of key process tools, mainly including CNC tools and fixtures
15) Complete other related work assigned by company leaders

能力資質(zhì)要求Competence &Qualifications Requirements：
1） 教育背景Education：碩士文憑及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械或者材料成型類相關(guān)專業(yè)
Bachelor's degree or above, Major in mechanical or material forming
2） 經(jīng)驗(yàn) Experience: 無工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求
No requirement for work experience
3） 知識(shí)及培訓(xùn)要求Knowledge & Training：公司會(huì)提供工作相關(guān)的知識(shí)培訓(xùn)，包括1年左右的國外工作相關(guān)培訓(xùn)
Be familiar with MS Office, familiar with data analysis.The company will provide job-related knowledge training, including about 1 year of overseas job-related training
