Job Responsibilities:??
1.Be familiar with the superior routes with carriers，Class A agents & market maker for regular as well as spot business.
2.Be familiar with Ocean market,tariff,trends & direction.Be good at sea transportation knowledge and operation process.
3.Develop and Maintain strong relationship with core carriers to satisfy the space & rates,marketing information collection & promote business.
4.Assist supervisor to provide competitive tariff. Develop effective pricing to meet company's commercial and profitability objectives and reach company KPI.
5.To liaise with local and overseas sales for market update, present various transport solutions timely.
6.Collect &summarize the market tariff and update the freight rate trend and tariff regularly.
7.Developing new shipping lines, solutions and services.
8.Support our Sales & OP teams if necessary.
9.Fulfill other work assigned.
Job Requirements:
1.Bechelor degree or above, good at written English in replying correspondence.
2. At least 3 years’experience in logistic industry, maintain shipper experience is preferred.
3. Integrity, unity and sophistication.
4.With good commercial sense, strong logical thinking way, conscientiousness; ??

2.熟知海運市場航線特點，相關費率及發展走勢，了解海運相關知識及操作流程，敏銳把握市場動態及方向。
3.促進并維護與船東良好的業務關系，滿足公司的艙位、運價需求，并完成市場行情的收集。
4.協助主管制定并提升有效的運價體系，以滿足公司的商業和盈利目標，保持利潤優化，完成航線指標。
5.及時回復銷售的運價需求并提供多種運輸解決方案。
6.匯總市場行情并定期更新運價走勢及運價表。為公司提供有競爭力的產品
7.開發尋找新的船東，儲備多樣運輸選擇和服務方案。
8.配合銷售和操作，有效解決運輸過程中出現的問題，提升服務水平。
9.完成主管分配的其他工作

任職標準：
1. 大專以上學歷,可熟練收發英文郵件
2.至少3年以上行業經驗，有船公司維護經驗。
3.正直、團結、精進。?4. 具有良好的商業意識，較強的邏輯思維和溝通能力，盡責性；
