【職位描述】
Job purpose:
? Ensure early identification and resolution of reliability issues by monitoring failure history, existing PM/PdM programs, historical trends and KPI data
? Drive continuous improvement of reliability and continuous reduction of maintenance cost by systematic elimination of bad actors and root causes for failures
Key accountabilities:
? Drive equipment reliability
? Drive elimination of bad actors: monthly reduction of contribution of top 10 to total cost and OEE loss
? Drive availability of relevant reliability tools and training level of users
? Provide engineers across site with tools and techniques for root cause problem solving and improving reliability
key activities:
? Execute deep analysis in failures to identify trends, identify common failure mechanisms and causes and perform root cause analysis on this
? Perform monthly bad actor analysis; establish proposals for bad actors to be eliminated in month to come
? Drive bad actor elimination by organizing and facilitating weekly or ad-hoc RCPS workshops
? Ensure capture and analysis of maintenance data and equipment work histories to support maintenance engineers
? Review and analyze data from inspections on equipment reliability issues on request of maintenance engineers
? Facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis efforts for incidents triggered by documented procedures or at request of gate keeper or maintenance engineer
? Actively support capital projects process by providing reliability input to the Engineering Group for equipment design, specification and purchase
? Support criticality and FMEA sessions by acting as facilitator
? Support Hazard Studies by providing reliability data of equipment and components
? Provide benchmark/industry data for reliability improvement
【任職要求】
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1. Hands-on experience in Maintenance and Reliability management
2. Proven track record in realizing sustainable performance improvement in maintenance and reliability
3. Bacherlor degree or above in chemical mechanical or Engineering or similar discipline
4. 5 years or more working experiences of rotating equipment maintenance in Chemical plant, including 3 years experience on reliability work
5. Experience on RCA, FMEA and related
6. Fluent English reading and writing
