Responsible for quality control of company raw materials and outsourced products, process quality control, responding to customer complaints, and implementing quick responses and long-term improvement measures.
4.參與新項目開發(fā)驗證，確保產品符合客戶及法規(guī)要求，并記錄和完成相關報告。
Participate in the development and validation of new projects to ensure that products meet customer and regulatory requirements, and document and complete relevant reports.
5.負責收集統(tǒng)計產線及供應商質量數(shù)據(jù)，分析質量問題，持續(xù)改善質量控制措施、方法，提高公司產品質量水平；定期發(fā)布質量相關報告。
Responsible for collecting and analyzing quality data from production lines and suppliers, identifying quality issues, continuously improving quality control measures and methods, and enhancing the company's product quality level. Regularly publish quality-related reports.
6.質檢員工作計劃安排，團隊管理。
Responsible for planning and scheduling the work of quality inspectors and managing the team.

要求：
Requirements:
1.理工類本科及以上學歷，金屬材料、機械類專業(yè)，具有國際焊接工程師資格優(yōu)先，英語可工作交流。
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, materials science, or mechanical engineering. Preference will be given to candidates with International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification. Proficient in English for business communication.
2. 3年以上同崗位工作經驗，熟悉機加工件、焊接產品品質管理和歐標焊接標準，有ISO9000體系建設及管理經驗。
More than 3 years of experience in a similar position, familiar with quality management of machined parts and welding products,European standard for welding and experience in ISO9000 system construction and management.
3. 良好的溝通能力和團隊合作能力。
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
