Engineer or Dept Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Overall management of the company's technical work, establishing and improving the technical department system, formulating and implementing department management systems and corresponding implementation rules;

2. Responsible for sample development, managing the progress of sample group projects, and providing pre-sales support to the sales department;

3. Responsible for the company's new product evaluation and trial production preparation, implementing the work of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) implementing the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and effectively controlling the design of products with design requirements; participating in the verification of new products, tracking the production process and technical support;

2. Responsible for supervising and auditing departmental technical drawings to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of process technical documents in each production link such as mach, welding, surface treatment, and packaging;

3. Lead the team members to effectively control the standardization of technical processes in the production process, and complete the design, improvement and optimization of products to technical process design according to customer needs, reduce costs, and promote energy-saving and environmentally-friendly processes;

4. Participate in contract, supplier reviews;

5. Supervise and guide the production technology and process implementation of the production department;

6. Deal with related technological problems that arise in production in a timely manner

7. Manage related technological process drawings, archives, and other important data to ensure the effectiveness of the process, analyze technical problems in the production process and provide solutions;

. According to the company's business objectives, coordinate the work arrangements of the department and develop work plans;

9. Responsible for the distribution, guidance, supervision, assessment of the work of the department, and put forward rewards and punishments for employees based on their work performance, and continuously improve the work performance of the department; strengthen the professional of the personnel of the department, and continuously improve the professional skills and work efficiency of the personnel of the department;

10. Strictly implement various systems, processes, operation standards, and supervise and inspect the execution;

11. Effectively coordinate and communicate with relevant departments, and actively cooperate with the work of other departments;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, material, welding, or related majors, more than 5 years management experience, more than 10 years of mechanical industry work experience;

2. Familiar with ISO9000, EN15085 or EN1090 or EN3834 or AD2000, VDA.3, and other technical quality management;

3. Familiar with the product technology management of the metal manufacturing industry, rich theoretical and practical knowledge of mechanical and welding processes;4. Proficient in office software and CAD, Solidworks and other design software;

5. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English;
