Main Responsibilities 主要職責（Tasks, Specifics）
This position is to take responsibility of internal package\tools design, including kitting trolley, flow rack\minomi rack at workstation, etc. This position will focus on:
1. Drive and lead the project of design internal kitting package(trolley\box\rack) \ flow rack and minomi at workstation:
? Collect and analyze all kitting material information of all GIS products, identify the requirement of quality protection, define the requirement of trolley design.
? Work together with suppliers to design and optimize the kitting package proposal, and organize the proposal evaluation with Production\quality, etc.
? Following up kitting package sample make, delivery, evaluation, optimization and sample release.
? Follow up the batch manufacturer and delivery
? Design is expected to match auto-storage concept and AGV transportation concept.
2. Planning and execute the project time scheduling of Internal Package & Tools to match the whole logistics project timeline.
3. Streamline the flow of internal package & tools, define all functionalities related to the IT systems applied within the In Plant Logistic process; implement related master data maintenance and upgrade in IT systems to let the internal package & design run consistently with kitting concept and line feeding concept.
4. Execute the maintenance program of internal package and tools.
5. Perform necessary studies on internal package & tools related quality issues, execution continuous flow improvement through a bunch of lean activities.
6. Other task assigned.
Main Requirements 主要職位要求
? Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in logistic and supply chain management, IE, Automation etc.;
? About 3 year experiences on design of package and trolley design, well know the material characteristics of package and trolley, able to select suitable material for package and trolley;
? Have knowledge and experiences of auto - logistics equipment, with experiences of package design apply to auto – storage and AGV transportation.
? Have the knowledge and working experience of plant logistics; familiar with logistics related IT system and MES system, prefer experience on SAP.
? Prefer to Have the knowledge and working experience about MTM\ergonomics\route planning, etc.
? Have the knowledge and working experience about support and initiate the continuous improvement regarding the efficiency improving, wastage reduction and so on.
? Experience in project management.
? Strong ownership, teamwork manner, cross function coordination & communication skill, down to earth attitude.
Skills 技能
1. Skilled in office software, such as Excel (Marco is preferred), PPT, Word, CAD, SolidWorks Project;
2. Background with Industry 4.0 or machine automation.
3. English skill is prefer.
該職位負責內部包裝工具的設計，包括裝配小車、工作臺流架、minomi架等。該職位將專注于：
1、推動和領導設計內部配套包（小車\箱\架）\流架和工作站minomi項目；
2、收集和分析所有GIS產品的所有配套材料信息，識別質量保護要求，確定小車設計要求。

9、執行內部包裝和工具的維護計劃。
10、對內部包裝和工具相關的質量問題進行必要的研究，通過一系列精益活動執行持續的流程改進。
11、其他分配的任務。
主要要求
1、本科及以上學歷，物流與供應鏈管理、IE、自動化等相關專業；
2、3年左右包裝和手推車設計經驗，熟悉包裝和手推車的材料特性，能夠選擇適合包裝和手推車的材料；
3、具備汽車物流設備的知識和經驗，具有適用于汽車倉儲和AGV運輸的包裝設計經驗。
4、具備工廠物流知識和工作經驗；熟悉物流相關IT系統和MES系統，有SAP經驗者優先。
5、有MTM、人體工程學、路線規劃等相關知識和工作經驗者優先。
6、具備支持和發起持續改進的知識和工作經驗，包括提高效率，減少浪費等。
7、有項目管理經驗。
8、較強的責任感，團隊合作精神，跨部門協調和溝通能力，腳踏實地的態度。
技巧
9、熟練使用Excel （Marco優先）、PPT、Word、CAD、SolidWorks Project等辦公軟件；
10、工業4.0或機器自動化背景。
11、會英語者優先。
