一、職位描述:
1、負責公司工業產品(機械零部件/電子設備/自動化器材等)的海外市場開拓與銷售;
2、通過自主開發(LinkedIn、展會、Google、海關數據等)主動挖掘海外客戶,建立長期合作;
3、全程跟進詢盤、報價、談判、合同簽訂及訂單交付,獨立完成外貿全流程;
維護老客戶關系,分析客戶需求,提升復購率及訂單附加值;
4、收集行業動態與競品信息,優化銷售策略及產品方案。
二、任職要求:
1、2年以上工業品外貿實戰經驗,熟悉外貿流程(報關、物流、結算等);
2、具備獨立成交記錄:需提供過往實際成交客戶案例及業績證明;
3、精通主動獲客:擅長使用社交媒體、SEO、展會等渠道開發海外客戶資源;
4、英語流利(CET-6或專八優先),能高效進行商務談判及技術溝通;
5、目標導向、抗壓能力強,適應快節奏工作,有團隊協作精神。
三、優先考慮條件:
1、有電子制造、機械裝備等行業背景者優先;
2、熟悉歐美、東南亞等重點市場者優先;
3、具備中國制造/獨立站運營經驗者優先。
