本科及以上學歷，自動化、電氣工程、機械電子、儀器儀表、測控技術與儀器等相關專業。
二、技術能力:
1、測試程序編寫：熟悉LabVIEW編程，能開發自動化測試程序。
2、工業協議：掌握Modbus、CAN等常用工業總線協議。
3、儀器操作：熟練使用示波器、萬用表、PLC、數據采集卡等硬件設備。
4、PLC程序編寫：會三菱西門子等PLC程序的選型，編程。
三、行業經驗:
1、3年以上工業自動化測試開發或項目經歷者優先。
2、熟悉傳感器校準、信號調理、運動控制（如伺服系統）等應用場景。
四、技能與職責：
1、設計測試方案、編寫測試程序，可靠性測試（如Labview上位機程序，PLC程序等）。
2、與研發、生產、質量部門緊密協作，推動測試標準落地。能閱讀英文技術文檔，部分外企要求基礎英語溝通能力。
