崗位職責:
-Act as the main point of contact between US and Asia New Product Development Team on new product development projects
-Communicate closely with the US Product Development Team, contract manufacturers, material and component suppliers, and internal stakeholder ensure production schedule and turnaround timeframe are on time
-Monitor the entire product cycle from conceptual stage to first order completion
-Work with the Industrial Design and Product Development Teams in the US on new product feasibility from design, manufacturing, functional feasibility, and budgeting
-Ensure new product is in accordance with global standards in terms of safety and reliability
-Compile the RFQ, review costing BOM, and perform timeline scheduling and tracking of critical milestones and key release dates
-Create product specifications and production turnover package
-Oversee the development of product prototypes and testing to assess all possible failures
-Provide recommendations on the best manufacturing methods and processes to ensure on time production and cost efficiency

任職要求:
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
-Strong product and material knowledge with good communication and negotiation skill.
-Higher Diploma in Engineering fields is an advantage. Candidates with other related academic disciplines or working experiences will also be considered.
-Strong understanding of the new product development process from conceptual to product completion, including testing and user acceptant test performance.
-Able to work under pressure, excellent communication skills and detail minded.
-Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines.
-Familiar with toys industrial market compliance requirements
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
-Literate in Microsoft office programs.
