Chief Product Officer – Consumer

The Mission
We are seeking a visionary Chief
Product Officer (CPO) to lead the conception, design, and execution of our
entire product portfolio.
This is a strategic leadership role
based either in our HQ in Russia, or in the Shenzhen division, responsible for
transforming cutting-edge AI research into tangible, must-have consumer
products.
Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate the
  long-term product vision and strategy for our suite of Physical AI
  devices. Identify new market opportunities and spearhead the roadmap for
  categories including audio, TV, wearables, and beyond.
• End-to-End Product Leadership: Own the entire product
  development process. Bridge the critical gap between advanced R&D,
  industrial design, hardware engineering, software integration, and
  business strategy.
• "Beautiful on the Fingertips"
  Design Ethos: Champion
  an uncompromising standard of design and user experience. Ensure every
  product we create delivers a tactile, auditory, and visual delight—a true
  sense of beautiful on the fingertips.
• R&D and Hardware Design Stewardship: Lead and mentor teams of
  world-class researchers, hardware engineers, and designers.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with Engineering,
  Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain leaders to ensure flawless execution
  and successful commercial launch of products.
• Market & User Insight: Develop a deep
  understanding of consumer needs, behaviors, and pain points. Use data and
  intuition to guide product decisions that win in a competitive global
  market.
• Technology Scouting: Stay at the forefront of
  advancements in AI, material science, sensor technology, and manufacturing
  processes to maintain our competitive edge.

Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory:

• 15+ years of progressive experience in
  product leadership roles within the consumer electronics industry.
• A proven track record of successfully
  launching multiple, category-defining physical hardware products from
  concept to mass production.
• Direct hands-on experience managing and
  leading R&D and hardware design/engineering teams.
• Deep technical literacy with a strong
  understanding of hardware development cycles, supply chain complexities,
  and embedded software/AI integration.
• An exceptional and demonstrable design
  aesthetic. A portfolio of products that exemplifies the principle of
  "beautiful on the fingertips."
• Experience working in a headquarters environment,
  setting global product strategy, not solely in a production or
  plant-focused role.

Desirable:

• Experience with AI-powered
  consumer devices (e.g., smart speakers, computer vision products,
  intelligent wearables).
• Background in one or more of our core
  product categories: audio systems or TVs/display technologies.
• Experience building and managing a
  diverse, international team of product managers, designers, and engineers.
