UPSDVRBMS
職責Dutie
1、負責產品（UPS、DVR、BMS、儲能）硬件、電氣設計，并根據項目階段輸出相關設計資料文檔；解決項目過程中的關鍵技術問題。 Responsible for the hardware and electrical design of products (UPS, DVR, BMS, energy storage), and delivering relevant design documentation according to project phases; addressing key technical challenges during the project process.
2、完成項目和產品的硬件全流程工作（包括硬件方案規劃、方案實施、器件選型、電路設計、調試、測試、文檔輸出、技術支持等）。 Execute full-cycle hardware development for projects and products, (including:Hardware architecture planning & implementation; Component selection & circuit design; Prototyping, debugging & validation testing;Technical documentation & production support.
3、負責產品優化、降本設計。Lead product optimization and cost-reduction design initiatives.
4、產品樣品、試產、量產問題分析與解決。Analyze and resolve issues during prototyping, trial production, and mass production.
5、負責公司產品及其衍生品的優化、維護工作。 Oversee the enhancement and maintenance of company products and their derivatives.

教育背景要求 Education & background required
1、本科及以上學歷。Bachelor's degree or above.
2、電力電子、電氣工程、自動化等相關專業。Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation and related majors.
3、本科畢業5年以上相關硬件開發和設計工作經驗，碩士畢業3年以上相關工作經驗。 More than 5 of relevant hardware development and design work experience for graduates with bachelor's degree and more than 3 year of relevant work experience for graduates with master's degree.
4、熟悉電力電子領域理論知識,具備一定的控制硬件設計經驗，具備一定的電氣設計經驗，熟悉電力電子電路的拓撲結構和工作原理；熟悉研發產品所對應的行業、國家及國際標準（UPS、DVR、BMS、儲能）。Familiar with the theoretical knowledge of power electronics, have certain control hardware design experience, have certain electrical design experience, be familiar with the topology and working principle of power electronic circuits; be familiar with the industry, national and international standards corresponding to the R&D products (UPS, DVR BMS, Energy Storage).
1、本科及以上學歷。Bachelor's degree or above.
2、電力電子、電氣工程、自動化等相關專業。Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation and related majors.
