汽車研發(fā)/制造
1. Develop the overall project milestone schedule into detailed schedule and coordinate the schedule with any other activity (project or operation related) at the site will all other stakeholders involved. This task includes follow up the schedule and revise, if necessary, on a regular basis.
2. Support the project team to define and manage project objectives and deliverables as required.
3. Support project team to set up meetings with all related departments and other external consultants regularly.
4. Support the project team to manage the List of Points (LOP) and track the actions to be carried out to make sure the defined target timeline is achieved, the LOP list is to be updated and tracked regularly.
5. Support the project team to prepare agenda and write meeting minutes for the alignment meetings regularly during the project period.
6. Support the project manager to steer and monitor other suppliers’ performance regarding timeline, cost and other management tools.
7. Support the project manager to generate project status report regularly or as required and agreed with the project team.
8. Support the project team to manage the changes during the project period following the available change management process.
9. Support the project manager in purchasing of other services and products etc. following purchasing process.
10. Support the project team for the management of the document and file control during the project period.
11. Support the project team to manage and coordinate other external consultants for this project.
12. Monitor and control fulfillment of project objectives (incl. milestones, costs, qualities etc.), and in case of deviations from the plan, to start with the escalation procedure to his/her reporting department manager.
13. Work scope contain all above content but not limited to the tasks assigned by project manager during the project period.
14. Business fluent in English.
