崗位職責(zé)Job responsibilities:
1. 倉庫保管員按規(guī)定做好物資設(shè)備進(jìn)出庫的驗(yàn)收、記賬和發(fā)放工作，做到賬賬相符。
The warehouse keeper shall perform the acceptance, accounting and distribution of materials and equipment in and out of the warehouse according to the provisions, and ensure the consistency of the accounts.
2. 隨時(shí)更新庫存狀態(tài)，保證生產(chǎn)物料及時(shí)供應(yīng)，按照壽命到期時(shí)間優(yōu)先出庫原則和先進(jìn)先出原則充分發(fā)揮周轉(zhuǎn)效率。
Update the inventory status at any time, ensure the timely supply of production materials, and give full play to the turnover efficiency according to the principle of priority delivery on the expiration date and the principle of first-in, first-out.
3. 成品發(fā)貨及時(shí)率100%
The timely delivery rate of finished products is 100%
4. 定期對庫房進(jìn)行整理，保持庫房的整齊，使物料成品分類存放整齊，數(shù)量準(zhǔn)確。
Organize the warehouse regularly, keep the warehouse tidy, and make the finished materials stored neatly and accurately.
5. 熟悉相應(yīng)物料的品種、規(guī)格、型號及性能，填寫分明。
Be familiar with the type, specification, model and performance of corresponding materials, and fill in clearly
6. 搞好庫房的安全管理工作，檢查庫房的防火、防盜設(shè)施，及時(shí)堵塞漏洞，無安全事故。
Do a good job in the safety management of the warehouse, check the fire prevention and anti-theft facilities of the warehouse, timely plug loopholes, no safety accidents.
7. 確保物料到生產(chǎn)的準(zhǔn)確放行
Ensure the accuracy of release of material to production
8. 確保各倉庫(原材料倉庫、在制品倉庫、成品倉庫)的管理
Ensure the management of the different warehouses (Raw material warehouse, WIP warehouse, Finished goods warehouse)
9. 維護(hù)每日更新的庫存系統(tǒng)
Maintain the inventory system updated daily basis
10. 尊重并完全遵守材料可追溯性程序
Respect and fully comply to material traceability procedures
11. 正確保管和歸檔倉庫文件和可追溯性文件
Secure and archive correctly the warehouse documents and traceability documents
12. 完成經(jīng)理交辦的其它工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by manager.

技能Skills :
- 熟練使用SAP SAP preferable
- 熟練使用Excel Excel mandatory

- 有叉車駕駛證優(yōu)先Forklift driving license preferably
工作地點(diǎn)王穩(wěn)莊，偶爾加班，住公司附近優(yōu)先，因加班不能提供班車，所以自行解決通勤。
