Duties 崗位職責:

Ensure that the production target agreement is successfully fulfilled. Reach the OTD and OQD targets.

確保生產目標協議的順利完成。達到OTD和OQD目標。

Ensure planning coordination and accomplishment of the production planning. Reach planning targets.

確保計生產劃協調和完成。達到生產計劃目標

Reach the targets of labor man hours not exceed the limits defined.

達到不超過規定工時的目標。

Ensure the implementation and keep the budget limitations.

確保預算的執行和控制

Ensure project communication and co-operation with central team in France and Spain

負責與法國團隊或核心團隊的項目溝通和協作，并將信息傳遞給團隊

Construct result-orientated team culture. Motivate continuously learning and improvement, to attain performance goal.　

建設團隊氣氛，激勵員工不斷學習和改進，以達到績效目標。

生產實施

Organize production and technique procedures

根據設計圖全面組織工藝制定和生產實施

Lead the team to support product quality improvement

帶領團隊支持產品質量改善

Lead the team to monitor capacity and plan the production efficiently and expand it if necessary. Maintain the 5S efficiency in the workshop

領導團隊監控產能，有效地計劃生產，并在必要時擴大生產規模

Develop and upgrade method team competency

開發并提升團隊能力

Set up of a training and qualification plan of the operator for machinery and test bench.　

針對不同機器設立工人培訓、測試及考核計劃

Staff qualification and management

人員管理和資質考核

Conduct safety performance and implement accident prevention work.

進行安全績效考核，實施事故預防工作

Ensure the machine efficiency; offer second level technical support and spare parts management.

確保機器效率，提供二級技術支持和備件管理支持

Responsible of establishing equipment management procedure including maintenance＆calibration plan

負責建立設備管理流程，包括維護和校準計劃

Machinery and test-bench operation and maintenance

機械和調試臺操作和維護

Skills 能力:

1. Willing to do mindset. Transform ideas into actions.愿意做，并付諸于行動

2. Fluent in English and Chinese中文，英文流利

3. Strong stress tolerance 抗壓能力強

4. Ability to work with people from different background 能與不同背景同事一起工作

5. Excel, ppt, word proficiency熟練使用Excel, ppt, word

6. 6 sigma green belt or above preferred.6 sigma 或以上優先

7. SAP is a plus

Education教育:

Bachelor and above 本科及以上學歷

Experience 工作經驗:

minimum 5 years working experience in a factory as a production 5年以上工廠經驗

Worked in 5S efficient environment during 5 years at least

Automotive, aerospace, railway production background
