Responsibilities 工作職責
1. Process Design andExecution工藝設計與執行
Participate in the design and optimization of
small-scale assembly processes, generate and update BOMs and flowcharts. Use CATIA to extract basic part information and support the creation and
maintenance of process documents (e.g., drawing trees).
參與小型裝配工藝的設計與優化,生成并更新BOM及流程圖。 使用CATIA提取零件基礎信息，支持工藝文件的創建與維護（如drawing tree）
2.SOW Implementation& Execution工作包引入和執行
Deliverables include: Mfg. planning, PPM build, Risk/Issue/Opportunity management, Qualification plan & execute, Performance to Plan execution (Quality, Material usage, Labor).
交付項包括：工藝制定、試制件計劃、風險/機會/問題的管理、驗收計劃和執行、（質量、材料用量、工時）目標的達成。
3. Process Improvement工藝改進
Deliverables include: Idea generation, Business case development, Idea implementation and execution.
交付項包括：改進方法的生成、經濟性評估、改進方法的執行
4. Change Management構型更改控制
Lead Change Board to control all engineering and process changes, perform risk and opportunity identification and communication, take charge of change implementation.
領導更改委員會控制所有工程更改和工藝更改。進行風險和機會識別及交流。負責管理更改導入。
5. .Cross-Department Collaboration跨部門協作
Collaborate with other department to track on-site production issues and propose solutions.
與其他部門協作，跟蹤生產現場問題并提出解決方案。
6.Othes 其他
Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Basic Requirements 任職要求：
1. College degree or above.專科及以上
2. One year work experience in composite assembly production. 有1年相關復合材料裝配生產的相關經驗
3. Be able to read and reply English emails. 可以閱讀及回復英文郵件

Basic Requirements 任職要求：

4. Understand Customer drawing system and Specification requirements. 理解客戶圖紙系統及規范要求。
5. Skilled with CATIA/ENOVIA, GD&T and CAD, as well as MS Office. 熟練使用CATIA/ENOVIA, GD&T and CAD或其他建模軟件，以及微軟Office辦公軟件。6.Preference will be given to candidates with a background in aviation manufacturing. 航空制造背景者優先。
