研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)UGNXPro/E
Responsibilities 崗位職責(zé) :
1. Implement product and solution development according to customer request or company strategy;1.根據(jù)客戶要求或公司戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施產(chǎn)品和解決方案開(kāi)發(fā)；
2. Conduct NPD/Innovation projects development from concept design, prototype and verification, tool development, pilot runs and commercialization;
2.新產(chǎn)品/創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)，包括概念設(shè)計(jì)、原型和驗(yàn)證、模具開(kāi)發(fā)、試運(yùn)行和量產(chǎn)；
3. Improve current products to meet customer demand, support in VE and production efficiency improvements;
3.改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品以滿足客戶需求，并支持成本和生產(chǎn)效率改進(jìn)；
4. Work with manufacturing during the design stage to incorporate manufacturability into the product design;
4.在設(shè)計(jì)階段與制造工作，將可制造性納入產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)；
5. Create Product Drawings, ECN, parts number, BOM, drawings, specification and other technical documents;
5.創(chuàng)建產(chǎn)品圖紙，發(fā)放ECN，零件號(hào)，BOM，圖紙，規(guī)格書(shū)和其他技術(shù)文件；
6. Provide close technical support, guidance and training to Sales and Customers.
6.為銷售和客戶提供密切的技術(shù)支持，指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)。
Ability Request 能力要求 :
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical;
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2. More than 2 years working experience of mechanical design; experienced in NPD or innovation projects is plus;
2. 2年以上機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)或創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3. Familiar with mechanics, material, machine elements, mechanical manufacturing processes;
3.熟悉機(jī)械，材料，機(jī)械元件，機(jī)械制造工藝；
4. Good communication skills and team work capability;
4.良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力;
5. Good written and oral English;
5.良好的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和書(shū)寫(xiě)能力；
6. Good design software ability, Skilled in UG, Pro-E are highly preferred.
6.良好的軟件設(shè)計(jì)能力，熟練使用UG，pro-e優(yōu)先。
