Responsibilities: 1. Lead the PCR and NGS reporting system to ensure the accuracy of the annotation knowledge base of the international reporting system, lead customer-facing annotation support, enhancing the user experience and commercial success. 2. Design medical (translational or clinical) study protocols related to Amoy product portfolio, run medical study projects to support international sales and marketing strategies. 3. Engage in continuous professional and medical education with internal and external stakeholders, attending workshops, seminars, and conferences. Actively promote Amoy international products related evidence generation, including but not limited to meeting posters and publications collaborated with International KOL. 4. Assist in developing clinical research plans related to products and support the registration of strategic products in international markets. 5. Collaborate with the international cross-function to understand product feedback, identify product gaps, and propose improvements to better meet clinical unmet needs. Requirements and Skills: 1. At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Medical, or Pharmaceuticals, preferably with a solid understanding of molecular diagnostics. 2. Medical experience in precision medicine is preferred. Comprehensive understanding of the cancer landscape, drugs, treatments, and diagnostic biomarkers. 3. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent teamwork skills with cross-functional teams. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in oral and written English. 5. PhD degree in biological science, medical science, or an equivalent preferred with good publication record. Shanghai-based preferred, open to nationwide candidates. Remote work options.
