職位描述
1.整合公司各種優勢資源,推廣公司國內公路運輸業務(整車,零擔,快運),開發新客戶,建立完善的客戶資料;
2.了解客戶需要,熟悉相關詢價,對客戶提供國內公路運輸業務(整車,零擔,快運)的咨詢;
3.根據公司制定的銷售目標,有計劃的開展銷售工作;
4.定期發布公司規定的運價表,及時維護公司系統內信息;
5.定期回訪客戶,收集客戶反饋意見、投訴等信息,并轉交相關部門,共同協商解決方案,提高服務質量。
任職要求:
1.大專及以上學歷,市場營銷或物流類等相關專業優先考慮;
2.有一定的國內公路運輸基礎知識,有同崗位工作經驗者優先考慮;
3.熱愛銷售,愿意接受挑戰,對工作積極主動,具有良好的服務意識和團隊意識。
Job description

2. Understand customers' needs, be familiar with relevant inquiry, and provide customers with consultation on domestic road transportation business (whole vehicle, less than carload, express transportation);

4. Regularly publish the freight rate table specified by the company and timely maintain the information in the company's system;
5. Regularly visit customers, collect customer feedback, complaints and other information, and transfer it to relevant departments to jointly negotiate solutions and improve service quality.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in marketing or logistics is preferred;
2. Have certain basic knowledge of domestic highway transportation, and work experience in the same position is preferred;
3. Love sales, willing to accept challenges, be proactive in work, and have a good sense of service and team spirit.
