工作職責：
1. Overseeing the ultra-long-term government bonds project and special funds received through fiscal allocations, in coordination with relevant departments for fund applications, usage supervision, fund accounting and reporting, performance evaluation, and audit liaison management.
統籌超長期國債項目及科研類等財政撥付專項資金管理，協同業務部門完成資金申請、使用監管、資金核算及報告，績效評估、財政檢查及審計對接管理等；
2. Formulating specialized financial governance frameworks for designated funds, delivering expert guidance to project principals, and performing regular compliance verification through expenditure monitoring and account reconciliation.
建立財政專項經費管理財務制度和流程，為項目負責人提供專業指導，定期開展經費使用的合規性檢查與賬務核對；
3. Managing day-to-day financial operations including accounting services and periodic reporting for subsidiaries under the university's administration.
負責校辦子公司財務支持和日常核算、稅務、報表和資產管理等常規財務工作；
4. Handling routine accounting tasks within the Bookkeeping & Reporting team.
處理賬務報表組的部分日常核算事務；
5. Undertaking ad-hoc assignments as required by Finance Office management.
完成財務處上級交辦的其他工作任務。
任職要求：
1. Bachelor's degree or above 本科或以上學歷。
2. Must hold an intermediate accountant professional title (or above) 持中級會計師或以上職稱。
3. At least 6 years of experience in taxation, finance or auditing.; familiarity with application and regulations of national fiscal fund and experience in liaising with government departments are preferred.
至少6年財稅或審計工作經驗；熟悉國家財政資金申請和使用規范、有政府部門對接工作經驗者優先。
4. Proficiency in office software and mainstream financial software (e.g., King dee Cloud) and some interest in AI application in accounting.
熟練運用辦公軟件和國內主流財務辦公軟件，如: 金蝶云財務軟件等；對人工智能在財務會計領域的應用感興趣者優先。
5. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Continuous professional learning ability is required.
具備流利的普通話和粵語能力，良好的英語聽說讀寫的能力，持續的專業知識學習能力。
6. Strong communication skills, experience in cross-departmental collaboration, and ability to complete specialized tasks.
具備良好的人際溝通與協調能力，善于在跨部門合作中高效推進并完成專項工作任務。
7. Maintains composure under work pressure with a consistently stable demeanor and strong sense of responsibility.
